Richardson Development Group, Inc. (RDG) is a real estate development management firm specializing in project programming and planning, design management, marketing, development management, construction coordination and capital market/public finance strategic planning. On a day-to-day basis, RDG performs hands-on development advisory and development management functions ranging from site acquisition and due diligence through design, construction management and lease-up.

RDG specializes in large-scale mixed use projects, typically with a significant entertainment component or orientation to improving the quality of life. Its projects are often multi-phase developments requiring master planning and significant public financing. RDG staff is versatile having worked on town centers, a sports arena, museums, location-based entertainment centers and resorts. RDG’s most recent assignment was as a fee developer for The Pavilions of Troy in Troy, Michigan.

As a project manager, RDG collaborated with Innovative Concept Associates, Inc. on the retail/restaurant tenant programming, development plan, and pre-leasing strategies for Harbor East in Baltimore, MD. RDG has and continues to work closely with ICA in the concept development planning for major commercial mixed-use with a concentration on retail tenant programming and the integration of restaurant amenities into these projects in terms of both design and construction requirements.
