From 2004-2007 Ben Kaplan served as Vice President and Director of the National Restaurant Leasing Group for Macerich Companies. Created in 2005, the national restaurant leasing group was responsible all restaurant transactions throughout the Macerich portfolio, which included over 100 million square feet of retail space, existing or under development, including over 150 pipeline restaurant transactions. From 1992 – 2004, Ben was a principal in National Commercial Brokers, Inc. in Needham, MA., specialists in restaurant and retail representation throughout New England.

Ben Kaplan supports our Client accounts in the western portion of the United States and in parts of New England. The geographical advantages of Ben’s base in Arizona provides our Clients with a more proximate and cost efficient resource in managing the site selection and leasing process in parts of the country where he has intimate knowledge and more immediate access.
