Our restaurant services platform is designed to empower ICA to perform in the role of an outsourced, Director of Real Estate. This platform offers our Clients executive level (“CEO Suite”), strategic planning and customized, process management services that fall outside the defined transactional and geographical scope of real estate brokerage, but at a fraction of the cost to establish an in-house real estate department.

ICA is licensed regionally to perform traditional brokerage services in Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland. As a restaurant tenant representative, we make recommendations on the overall penetration strategy for the region and then explore the entire universe of site options for each targeted sub-market, investigating both listed and unlisted opportunities that conform to the concept’s criteria.
