Founded in 1984, Wells Real Estate Funds is a real estate investment that controls more than 50 million square feet of space in some 249 properties nationally.   The firm currently serves more than 250,000 investors.  One of its trophy assets, 100 East Pratt Street, can argueably be called Baltimore’s premier address.  This iconic office tower, located at the heart of Baltimore’s City Center, boasts premium tenants including the world headquarters of T. Rowe Price Associates, IBM, Merrill Lynch, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Tydings & Rosenberg.  Surrounded by more than 20 hotels, directly opposite the Inner Harbor attractions (more than 13 million visitors per year) and immediately proximate to the Baltimore’s Convention Center and MLB/NFL stadiums, 100 East Pratt Street offers a compelling, location for retail and restaurant uses.

ICA was engaged by Wells Real Estate Funds, to work in collaboration with team partner Cassidy Turley, to advise on the strategic execution of retenanting strategy for the retail/restaurant components for one of Baltimore’s most iconic and celbrated mixed use builidings.
