H&S Properties Development Corp. is a privately held, Maryland based development company responsible for Harbor East, a mixed use redevelopment of Baltimore’s waterfront between the Harbor Place Pavilions and historic Fells Point. Harbor East includes:
- 500,000 square feet of retail & entertainment
- 10 restaurants
- 4 hotels
- 650 residential units
- 1 million square feet class A office space
ICA’s Role
Landlord Broker Representative and Advisor, Retail Merchandising Strategy and Design, Restaurant & Entertainment Specialist
From 1997 to 2003, ICA led the retail merchandising and marketing effort for Harbor East, promoting the overall vision for the project from a set of plans. Since 2003, ICA has collaborated with H&S Properties Development Corp. and their development partners as a retail and restaurant advisor in completing the retail components as the project reached maturity.
