- Promote the unique features and benefits of the Clients’ concept(s) to the development and brokerage community as means to leverage favorable terms and preferred access to the most desirable sites
- Recommend regional penetration strategies and sub-market priorities based on the target demographics
- Provide electronic distribution of site analysis which can include demographic data, competition and sales analysis, mapping, photography, generative source studies, site summary information, executive summaries recommendations, etc.
- Conduct detailed letter of intent and landlord work letter negotiations to eliminate most business “deal killer” issues prior to incurring legal and due diligence expenses
