- Collaborate with the development and design team to ensure that the project is properly planned to accommodate tenant requirements for infrastructure, access, identity, parking and logistics
- Craft merchandising strategies to ensure that the targeted tenants or amenities are programmed in a manner consistent with the overall goals for the asset
- Establish development and merchandising guidelines that anticipate and accommodate the competitive needs of targeted concepts
- Evaluate leasing v. licensing amenity options and strategies
- Assist in developing realistic pro-forma models that anticipate revenue projections and incentives requirements
- Pursue targeted brands through a vast network of personal and professional industry contacts and relationships
- Evaluate the performance or capability of existing or prospective tenants, brands and concepts
- Promote development and design criteria that minimize the need for costly infrastructure modifications or pro-forma adjustments later in the process
